About Us

We are two sisters that have been best friends since the day Brittany was born. Emily poked her in the eyes and said "I call her Chelsea." As you can guess, the name didn't stick but the relationship of teasing, laughing, and making memories did. ​

We are creative bakers based in Utah County. If you count high school Pro-start class as formal education then you could say we are professional bakers. If you don't, then we proudly claim the title of self-taught bakers and cake decorators.

In high school Emily worked at Nothing Bunt Cakes as lead baker and froster. Brittany worked at SmartCookie as a baker and cookie decorator. In the sugar-coated kitchens of American Fork, Utah, our love for baking and buttercream design began.
